We want you to be happy with what you bring home. If something isn't right, here is how it works.
You can return any physical product within 30 days of delivery. Prints made to order are included.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Let us know at info@blauwfilms.com with your order number before you send anything, or use the withdrawal form below. We’ll reply with instructions.
- Send the item within 14 days after letting us know.
- Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t refund a return that doesn’t reach us.
- We refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until the item is back with us, or until you show us it has been sent.
- If you return your whole order, we also refund the original standard shipping cost.
- If you paid partly with Orbs, those Orbs go back to your account.
If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, email us a photo at info@blauwfilms.com. We’ll send you a replacement free of charge. You don’t need to return the damaged item unless we ask. This is on top of your legal rights for faulty products, which always apply.
Downloads such as creator resources and STL files are delivered immediately. Once you have started a download, it can’t be returned. If something is wrong with a file, write to us and we’ll make it right.
