There are a type of people who don’t live in any of the megalopolis areas, nor the occupied Digging Grounds, and do not embody a static geographic culture. These people are called the No-mans. They do not adhere to a singular cultural identity and are known to not preserve earthly posessions. No-man communities identify as their own cultural sector and value a mix of culture over purity. They often practice local religions and traditions that can’t be found anywhere else outside of their community or even family. No-mans can be found all over the world, usually located around areas that allow for easy traveling between cultural nations, such as between island groups. They are unclaimed by any of the large cultural nations and are considered to be too small in number to be threatening to the status-quo. Their presence is usually ignored, considered to be fleeting or even a hoax.

At the time of her birth, a strong Sirocco wind blew over Pantelleria, uncommon that late in the year. Therefore, Dust was named after the wind.

It is not expected of No-man children to stick with their blood-related family. They leave the nest quickly, with the expectation to form an identity of their own. Driven by a curiosity to learn and explore, Dust traveled the Mediterranean islands for a good while, not fully daring to set foot in mainland Europa. And not without reason. No-mans are stereotypically thought of as uncultured and uneducated. Dust wisely kept her distance from the rich city folk, but quickly befriended the island's farmers, who held no negative prejudices against the girl. She was able to get to know the culture of the European ultra-rich through the eyes of these locals, who didn’t paint her a very pretty picture.

In her mid-twenties, Dust found a few locations she liked to stay for longer stretches of time, alternating between them to not stay in one place for too long. One of them was on the south-side of the Alpine Districts. This is her most northern settlement. Dust chose this Northern Italian district because of its multi-cultural inhabitants, its proximity to nature and its location next to a large lake, which reminds her of the sea. It’s one of the two locations in which she has opened a small store, the other one being in the historical megacity of Al-Qāhirah.

Dust enjoys meeting strangers, taking on the unknown, buying and selling antiques and has no respect for the establishment. Together with her Parti poodle Farello, she spends her time traveling between the Southern Alpine Districts and Northern Alkebulan, trading handmade novelties, jewelry, swords and curiosities back and forth.

She enjoys learning dead languages and takes a special interest in jewelry, and traditional weaponry. Dust has a sharp eye for hidden gems that appear worthless to others. She’s always on the hunt for beautiful pieces and great bargains, which she resells through her shops. one of her stores is located in the commerce district of Turin, through which she got in contact with The Curator.

Dust carries with her a happy-go-lucky, positive, open-minded and optimistic attitude. Her smile is warm and her eyes full of energy. She takes life as it comes and always makes the best out of any situation. She has an extremely likeable personality and will quickly befriend anyone. She is kind and doesn't judge a book by its cover, although her well-developed people-knowledge will protect her from most shady situations. She is usually the first person to notice the other Club member’s hidden emotions or lies.

Her sharp eye and stress-proof personality makes her the perfect spotter in combination with the electric and self-confident Max.
